The service was genuinely warm and welcoming.
Upon arrival, I faced a significant inconvenience due to the lack of handrails along the stairs, which made carrying my suitcase quite dangerous. Additionally, there was only one key provided for our room, which proved to be a hassle since we had two people using it. The noises from the nearby runway were quite noticeable during our stay, and the off-site pool was not very convenient for a quick dip.

Casa La Columna boasts such charm, but the tiny balcony was hardly glamorous, and the rough towels felt like sandpaper. I thought I’d receive exceptional treatment, but no complimentary drinks for me, just afterthought service! It’s almost like they don’t care about the little details. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a delightful stay! The charming community pool is perfect for relaxation, and I loved the clean, spacious room. My only downside was the tiny balcony for drying clothes. I'd definitely return!

Single travelers delight
Lulu and Leon treated us like family! ! They welcomed us each morning with coffee and cookies. My room was spotless, comfy, and had an overhead fan that was a lifesaver at night. Plus, being in a gated area made us feel super safe while we enjoyed peaceful walks to the nearby beach and Marina.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but still totally acceptable.

This place was just a strong match for a fleeting pause in Puerto Vallarta with great value for the money. I loved having coffee with the host every morning, and she even helped with my Spanish learning! Make sure to explore the nearby restaurants for a variety of good food options.

Hosts greeted us warmly with coffee and cookies, making each morning delightful. The room was comfortable and spacious, with excellent WiFi, perfect for staying connected. While the neighborhood felt very secure, and the location was convenient for accessing the beach and local restaurants, the lack of handrails on the stairs made some journeys challenging, especially with luggage. Also, Uber rides to nearby areas could get unpredictable, potentially impacting travel plans.
